The key to the successful pursuit of a subrogation claim is the early investigation and documentation of the incident that caused the loss from which the subrogation claim arises. We are experienced in the early response to subrogation claims, including the review and preservation of all necessary evidence and the retention of the necessary experts to evaluate and prove the cause of the loss. Once the cause of the loss has been determined, we are experienced in the trial of lawsuits establishing responsibility for the loss and the calculation of damages caused by the loss.
